Requirements:- Masters degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of 10 years of experience, or a minimum of 18 years of experience with a Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.

Clearance:
- Must possess a Final Secret Security Clearance.

Travel:
- CONUS travel may be required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook).- Knowledge and experience with the application of DoD 5000.02, AFIs 63-101/63-131, and related guidance in support of long-range/strategic planning for a fixed wing aircraft.- Demonstrated experience developing, staffing, and tracking complex written documentation (i.e., staff packages) and briefings at program office, Program Executive Officer, Air Staff and OSD levels.- Experience with development, verification and/or production of fixed wing aircraft across the acquisition lifecycle.- Demonstrated capability to support the development of program requirements documents, produce and/or review products for program office use to include acquisition strategies and plans, integrated schedules, all required program documentation, program risk management plans and tracking, and proposal evaluation.Support program execution per established strategies and plans, support all program milestones, and provide support for briefings and meetings as required.

Duties:

- Provide acquisition program management support for all phases of the acquisition lifecycle commensurate with the Tanker Directorate portfolio.Support the development of program requirements documents, produce and/or review products for program office use to include acquisition strategies and plans, integrated schedules, all required program documentation, program risk management plans and tracking, and proposal evaluation.Support program execution per established strategies and plans, support all program milestones, and provide support for briefings and meetings as required.- Provide support for all aspects of program cost, schedule, and performance.Track appropriation and allocation of funds to ensure the efficient obligation and execution of funds and ensure costs and scheduled activities are aligned and tracked to meet program goals.- Provide expertise to support meetings and provide rapid response acquisition surge support for new start or other identified programs.To address related requirements, the Contractor shall support work sessions with and for the Government.- Assist in development of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and participate in Source Selections when appropriate (e.g.

Weapon System Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Contractor Logistics Support (CLS)).- Participate in the planning and supporting of technical interchange meetings, design reviews, program management reviews, production and sustainment reviews and other meetings as required.The Contractor shall participate in system developer or original equipment manufacturer technical and programmatic reviews, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.- Track technical, schedule, and cost metrics and report status.The Contractor shall also support the government in developing presentations for technical and project management reviews.- Organize and assist in managing critical aspects of the development, production, deployment, and sustainment of software capabilities on Acquisition Category (ACAT) programs within the Tanker Directorate portfolio.- Provide schedule analysis of overarching programs Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) with knowledge of OEM-specific scheduling tools, or other tools mandated by the Program Office and integration techniques.- Assist with Data Item Descriptions (DIDs), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL), data calls, and reviews.- Be knowledgeable of the application of program management initiatives to include purchasing commercial items such as Non-Developmental Items (NDI), Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certified items.- Additional duties as assigned.Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; SECRET, TS, or TS/SCI clearance is required.
